After we checked in and got our bags to the room, we walked across the parking lot and ate at Ponderosa , and it was really good and clean and busy . Breakfast offered hotel was as expected. Could have needed more options., fruit and yogurt would have been nice to have for breakfast. We stayed there a year before and have been pleased both times on our driving to Branson, Missouri. We really enjoyed the walk in shower in our handicap room. We didn't use the pool,

Typically, a place that allows pets can be dicey, but we were very pleased with the facility! We got a ground floor room as requested which was near the exit and only a couple doors down from the bfast room!

Location was convenient for an easy run to Walmart and a breakfast to go at Denny's. They were very accommodating I needed 2 rooms for my family of 7 and they got us rooms right across from each other.

The staff was excellent, room clean beds were comfortable. And they didn't grumble that our kids were with us. We were moving from Indiana to Oklahoma exhausted needed a good night's sleep and that's what was provided also with bk the next morning thanks

The service at check-in was quick and friendly. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. We did not plan this overnight stay in advance, but we were very with our overnight stay here!

We asked for a handicapped accessible room and it provided great grab bars, higher toilet, and extra room. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The ac was good and reasonably quiet. Awesome, comfy bed and pillows. Lots of TV stations. Housekeeping made up the bed and brought fresh towels for our second day.

Breakfast was not great. However, the room and accomodations were perfect. Clean and comfortable. Our mail reason was comfort and cleanliness, which was perfect. Coffee and juice were good so we were satisfied. For the price it was an excellent place to stay!!!

Room and linen were clean. Had parking for my truck trailer combo. The shower was strong and good hot water.
